一、無錫地鐵電客車牽引電機及電阻風機委外架修項目

項目概況：
無錫地鐵1、2號線各配屬車輛23列，采用6節(jié)編組。車輛于2018年開展首輪架修工作。牽引電機及電阻風機作為地鐵車輛運行重要的系統(tǒng)部件，涉及車輛運營安全及可靠性。江蘇經緯軌道交通設備有限公司作為牽引電機及電阻風機架修方，對牽引電機及電機風機的架修操作工藝、技術標準、項目管理等方面進行嚴格定義并系統(tǒng)性執(zhí)行，確保架修工作順利完成。
架修范圍：
無錫地鐵46列電客車共計920臺電機系統(tǒng)部件，其中牽引電機736臺及制動電阻風機184臺。
Project Overview:
Wuxi Metro Line 1 and line 2 are allocated with 23 vehicles respectively, Vehicle type: 6B. The vehicle maintenance project begin in 2018. Traction motor and resistance fan are important parts, related to vehicle operation safety and reliability. KINGWAY RAIL, as the maintenance solutions supplier, strictly defines and systematically implements the operation technology, technical standard and project management, to ensure the successful completion of the repair work.
Maintenance Scope:736 sets traction motors and 184 sets resistance fan.
二、蘇州市軌道交通2號線電客車電機類架修委外項目
Suzhou Metro Electric Car Traction Motor Maintenance Project
項目概況：
蘇州軌道交通2號線B型列車編組由40列5節(jié)編組組成。地鐵列車牽引電機、制動電阻箱、冷卻風機是保證列車安全行駛的關鍵系統(tǒng)部件，它是列車日常維護以及列車架修和大修中維修的重要部件之一。江蘇經緯軌道交通設備有限公司作為牽引電機及冷卻風機架修方，對牽引電機及冷卻風機的架修操作工藝、技術標準、項目管理等方面進行嚴格定義并系統(tǒng)性執(zhí)行，確保架修工作順利完成。
架修范圍：
蘇州軌道交通2號線40列電客車共計1000臺電機系統(tǒng)部件，其中牽引電機480臺、制動電阻箱冷卻風機120臺、牽引逆變器冷卻風機120臺、高壓箱冷卻風機120臺、輔助逆變器箱冷卻風機80臺、變壓器箱冷卻風機80臺。
